What the Employees Want from Their Leaders

One mistake of the people who has the command several employees or to put it in a better words Leader is that do not know how to manage employees, do not know what the really employees want.

Manage people are very complicated, furthermore is often stressful and sometimes make emotional of the person who is responsible or leader, because achieving maintain all employees with taste is very hard.

To achieve a balance Leader – employee, we must teach the role, we must give them all the necessary guidelines for these know that work and that line continue.

There must be an equitable discipline for all, we must not be more flexible with some hard and with other, if we want everyone equal must give them an equally treatment to all employees.
