Based on the discovery of how the interviewed acted in the previous employment and their behavior with specific situations relating to this. The logic is how they behaved in the passed? This could be the prediction in how they behave in the future performance.
In a traditional interview, you will be asked a series of questions that often have as “What are your strengths and weaknesses?” or “What main challenges and problems had to face? How to treat?” or “describe a normal working week”.
In an behavior interview, the employer has decided what the skills are needed in the person who recruit and will ask to know if the candidate has these skills. The interviewer wants to know how to handle the situation, instead of what might be in the future.
